Covid Forms - Statistical tool for collecting data on the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is part of the smart quarantine of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. The application has the option of exporting data on current and historical events in individual regions due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and provides a complete overview of vaccine stocks.
